Welcome to Math Online Teacher (MOT). By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before registration.
For questions or support, you may contact us at support@mathonlineteacher.com.
1. Service Overview
- MOT provides structured online math tutoring for students across the United States.
- Classes are conducted through secure online platforms such as Skype/Zoom/other approved tools, combined with digital whiteboards.
- Each tutoring session is approximately 50–55 minutes in duration.
2. Registration & Accounts
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
- Login details, session links, and account access must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
- MOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if account misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.
3. Scheduling & Attendance
- All sessions are scheduled in advance according to the availability of both student and teacher.
- Students are expected to join sessions on time. Late arrivals will not extend the class duration.
- If a student is absent without notice, the session will be considered completed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Parents may request rescheduling with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are considered delivered sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or credits.
- MOT reserves the right to reschedule classes in cases of teacher unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Prepaid Classes: All tutoring sessions must be prepaid before the start of classes. Once payment is made, fees are non-refundable.
- Commitment to Quality: If parents or students are dissatisfied with a tutor, MOT will review the case and, if necessary, assign a replacement tutor to maintain quality standards.
- No Refunds: Because MOT invests in teacher time, training, and resources in advance, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Instead, corrective actions (such as tutor replacement) will be taken.
- Student Progress Assurance: MOT’s academic advisors monitor student progress regularly. Parents are encouraged to report concerns so corrective measures can be implemented quickly.
- Fairness & Transparency: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. MOT remains committed to addressing all concerns with fairness and transparency.
6. Payments
- All fees must be paid in advance according to the chosen subscription or plan.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided during registration.
- Services may be suspended or terminated in cases of late or non-payment.
