If a parent or student feels unsatisfied with the performance of a tutor, MOT will conduct a thorough review and, where necessary, provide a replacement tutor to ensure a positive learning experience. - No Refunds
Since MOT allocates teacher time, training resources, and technology in advance for each student, we cannot process refunds under any circumstances. Instead, our focus remains on resolving concerns quickly and ensuring that classes meet the agreed standards. - Student Progress Assurance
Our academic advisors closely monitor sessions and student progress. Should issues arise, parents are encouraged to contact us directly so we can take corrective action without delay. - Fairness & Transparency
